about the project:

Youth workers learning from each other

Hûman e.V. coordinated this Erasmus+ training for youth workers (KA153). It follows on from Zero Plate: 22 youth workers aged 20 to 31 and a team of three trained together for nine days in February 2026. 12 of the participants came with fewer opportunities.

  1. Selection

    22 participants were chosen from 75 applications.

  2. Nine days of training

    Climate knowledge, energy efficiency, circular economy, workshop design and leadership.

  3. Campaigns

    Six campaigns, including “If you can smell it, it’s already in your lungs” and “Swipe left on pollution”.

  4. Local follow-up

    Six local events with around 70 people, plus 22 testimonial posts.
